Tasting Notes
Visual: Clear. Deep ruby red colour, with garnet reflections, consistent.
Olfactory: Intense and complex. Fruity and floral, prevalence of berries, with a subtle animal note and a spicy vanilla background.
Taste: Fruity and warm, well balanced by a discreet acidity. Very structured, and of great intensity and persistence.
