"Rosa” was born from the desire to tell the most delicate and vibrant side of Maremma Sangiovese.
The grapes, selected manually, are pressed with short contact on the skins to extract only the most elegant nuances of the fruit.
Spontaneous fermentation and refinement in steel preserve freshness, flavor and the marine imprint of the territory, returning an essential, luminous wine deeply linked to the Maremma to the glass.
