Vermentino is the most cultivated white grape variety on the Tuscan coast, an area that allows it to best express its organoleptic characteristics. The soil rich in mineral salts and limestone gives it notes of great minerality and freshness. It is characterized by its warm and delicate aromatic expression, expressing the typical aromas of the Mediterranean scrub. The vineyard cultivated with the Californian Y training system, under the agronomic consultancy of Denny Schuster, extends for approximately 7 hectares, lies in a lower and cooler area at approximately 100 meters above sea level.
