COLOR: Intense ruby red with good coloring texture and light garnet reflections
ODOUR : Great olfactory impact with a fruity hint of cherry and ripe blackberry, followed by a sweet spicy note with notes of liquorice and balsamic and toasted nuances. The finish features notes of cocoa and coffee.
TASTE: Great structure and character. The fullness of the wine is demonstrated with alternating softness and tannicity of good personality, the finish is long on the palate with fruity and mineral notes ending with a pleasant note of liquorice.
PAIRING:Moist and roasts of big game, very aged and mature cheeses.
