Tegolaia Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG is a red wine produced in the Chianti region, in Tuscany, Italy. It is produced using Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, the grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to an aging process of at least 24 months, of which at least 12 in oak barrels, before being placed on the market. The wine has an intense and complex flavor with notes of ripe red fruit, spices and hints of vanilla and cinnamon due to the aging in wood. The tannins are well structured and soft. It is an ideal wine to accompany red meat dishes and mature cheeses.
