ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
The Vin Santo "D'Incanto" has a deep yellow color, with bright amber reflections, the aroma is broad, complex and pleasant with hints of honey, candied fruit, vanilla, dried figs and hints of walnut and coffee. The taste is structured, very balanced, with the sweetness and warmth of the alcohol well balanced by the freshness and acidity. The ending is long and pleasant.
