It is blended with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, vinified separately and fermented in oak vats. Upon olfactory examination it presents a persistent bouquet of cherry and blackberry combined with light aromas of vanilla. Upon tasting, it appears savory and balanced, thanks to the presence of sweet tannins.
