Ingredients: Water, malted barley* , Gentil Rosso soft wheat*, hops*, sugar*, yeast.
Appearance: Intense coppery red colour. Moderate foam.
Aroma: Rich malty aroma with hints of ripe fruit.
Taste: Sweet and round with a very long flavor arc that passes from plum in spirit, almond, bread crust and a light note of liquorice in the finish. Full-bodied and complex but drinkable beer.
Pairings: Grilled dishes, desserts (e.g. tiramisu, cantucci), chocolate, or simply for meditation.
