Notes: Unfiltered, unpasteurized, refermented in the bottle.
Ingredients: Water, barley malted*, malted rye*, rye*, malted wheat*, hops*, yeast.
Appearance: Deep golden color, moderately hazy. White foam.
Aroma: Fresh aroma of hops, with spicy perceptions typical of rye and biscuits from the malts.
Taste: Bitter taste but without exasperation . More concentrated on the aroma of hops (citrus, resinous, balsamic and tropical fruit). Malty background perceptible enough to give balance to the beer, with light peppery notes due to the rye. Pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Pairings: Cured meats, sweet and sour dishes, grilled meats, blue cheeses, citrus fruit cakes.
