Appearance: Black colour, moderate beige foam.
Aroma: Rich and complex aroma of coffee, dark chocolate, light ethyl aromas.
Taste: Intense taste of roasted coffee and cocoa that blend with the taste malty to leave notes of chocolate in the finish balanced between sweet and bitter. Delicate alcoholic heat. Full and velvety body.
Pairings: Grilled meats, roasts, smoked cheeses, desserts, dark chocolate, cigars.
