Ingredients: Water, malted barley *, malted wheat*, Cappelli variety wheat*, einkorn wheat*, hops*, bergamot peel*, coriander*, yeast.
Appearance: Light straw colour, moderately hazy. Thin and moderate foam.
Aroma: Malty aromas with spicy and citrus notes.
Taste: The sweet taste of the malts is well balanced by the citrus notes of bergamot and spicy coriander. A little bitter. Slightly sour finish. Medium-light body. Elegant, fresh and thirst-quenching beer.
Pairings: Excellent as a refreshing aperitif or combined with cured meats, fish, white meats, salads or fresh cheeses.
