Obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes. It has a bright light pink colour. Cold maceration has a total duration of approximately 18 hours. In this way the exact note of color and phenolic components is obtained. Perfume with delicate notes of cherry, pomegranate and poppy and elegant floral notes typical of Sangiovese. It has a dry, fresh, harmonious flavour. Pleasant sensations of red fruit, cherry and strawberry. It goes well with mixed appetizers of crostini and cured meats, first courses, white meats, fish, shellfish and cheeses.
