A red from Bolgheri with an intense and elegant profile, obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. The process involves 15 days of maceration on the skins, fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic in barrique and 16 months of aging in French oak, followed by about a year of refinement in the bottle. The name “33” recalls the three generations of the founding family and is a tribute to the grandfather.
