Wine of an intense ruby color. Complex nose, rich in aromas that recall black cherry, blackberry, plum, hints of undergrowth, wet earth, graphite. The sip is fresh, savory, slender and supported by a very refined tannin that gives elegance. The wine is persistent and ends with a fruity note that echoes the sense of smell and recalls the sip. It is a very versatile wine, excellent both with homemade pasta served with white duck ragù, and with a risotto creamed with Parmesan cream and black truffle.
