To the eye it is a beautiful intense golden yellow. The olfactory bouquet opens with floral notes, which recall broom and yellow flowers in general, then followed by fruity and citrus notes, and nuances of honey and beeswax. The palate is delicately fresh, then distinctly savory and mineral. Good length.
