DOC rosé wine from Elba produced with Sangiovese and Aleatico grapes, vinified at a controlled temperature and aged in stainless steel containers, characterized by an intense rosé colour, aroma with flowery notes of rose and a savory and fresh flavour, good structure with a light tannic sensation.
