From a vineyard exposed to the South-West, trained as a small tree as has always been done on this hill, on a soil characterized by a good limestone matrix rich in skeleton, surrounded by woods, this is where it gives its best.
Each harvest has different characteristics that reflect the climatic trend of the vintage experienced in this very particular vineyard. After all, it is richness and this allows us to create a unique work every year.
