From a vineyard exposed to the North-East and trained using the Guyot method, a specific and very ventilated plot where in the past the fruit drying room was located, precisely "the ametate", on a medium-textured soil rich in skeleton, here the Sangiovese is particularly balanced, harmonious and silky.
