Chardonnay produced in Tuscany with grapes grown on south-facing slopes at 240-250 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual and the grapes are pressed at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in French oak vats at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques. After a period in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled and rests for at least 3 months before being marketed. The color is intense golden yellow. On the nose it presents aromas of exotic and tropical fruit. On the palate it is soft with good acidity, a perfect balance and an interesting finish with fresh balsamic sensations and toasted notes. It pairs perfectly with vegetables, well-seasoned risottos, shellfish and white meats.
