Quantisassi is an elegant expression of the territory in which it was born, Suvereto, dictated by the strong character of Cabernet Sauvignon, cultured and selected only in the best vintages. It has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections and complex, intense aromas, hints of ripe red fruit, such as black cherry and blackcurrant, green pepper, Mediterranean scrub flowers, vanilla notes. Ideal with red meats accompanied by aromatic flavours, meat sauces, mushrooms, typical dishes of the area, such as stewed wild boar. To be served in large glasses and uncorked, if possible, a few minutes before serving at a temperature of 16 – 18 °C.
