Intense ruby red wine, with aromas of cherry and morello cherry on elegant balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, broad and enveloping, well developed, elegant and penetrating with discreet tannins and a pleasant freshness. Ideal with mushrooms, red meats and game dishes. To be served in large glasses and uncorked, if possible, a few minutes before serving at a temperature of 16°-18°C.
