The Chianti Classico of Tenuta San Vincenti is produced with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes (85% and 15%) coming from our vineyards. The refinement is carried out in 5 hl tonneaux for a minimum of 8 months with finishing of 2 months in thermo-conditioned concrete and subsequent three months in the bottle. Intense ruby red in colour, the nose reveals a lively floral bouquet with full notes of red fruit; rounded taste with good structure, great harmony and softness, and a dense texture of rounded and pleasant tannins.
