This wine, dedicated to Donna Lucrezia, a female figure linked to the history of the Fraternita dei Laici, is produced with Chardonnay, Grechetto and Vermentino grapes from our vineyards. The label was created by the Japanese artist Noriko Hirokami, starting from the Tenute logo and reinterpreting it in a modern key.
The grapes are harvested by hand for a careful and careful selection of the bunches. After pressing, the wine continues fermentation in oak barriques. The fermentations start spontaneously thanks to the native yeasts and continue for about 10 days in wood.
After fermentation Donna Lu' continues its refinement in barriques and subsequently in the bottle.
Fresh, soft, complex and fragrant wine with hints of white flowers, yellow fruit, tropical fruit and a vanilla finish linked to the oak barriques.
This wine goes perfectly with appetizers, cured meats, soft cheeses, seafood and fish dishes.
