With the 2015 harvest, a new chapter began in the history of Villa Santo Stefano: SERENO was born — a wine that captures the soul of Tuscany. As a Colline Lucchesi DOC, it reflects the region’s characteristic blend of grape varieties, led by Sangiovese and enriched by the traditional native grapes Ciliegiolo, Colorino, and Canaiolo. The grapes come from a careful and selective harvest and are vinified with the utmost attention. Since 2021, SERENO has been officially certified organic — a further expression of our deep respect for nature and for the land.
