GRAPE:
Sangiovese 85%, Merlot 10%, Petit Verdot 5%.
VINIFICATION:
The fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled tanks, after which it is transferred to French barriques, where it remains for 6 to 8 months.
BOTTLE AGING:
Minimum 6 months.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Ruby red in colour, with an intense aroma, it has aromas of vanilla and small hints of liquorice, the refinement in new barriques for 6 months gives the wine the precious notes of wood, without however covering its own characteristics and typical of the product.
