Brunello di Montalcino, ambassador of the high quality of Italian oenology in the world, was the first wine to obtain DOCG recognition. Brunello has a brilliant ruby red color, which tends towards garnet as the years go by. On the nose it expresses intense, clean, pleasant and refined aromas which open with notes of sweet violet, tobacco, chocolate and pleasant hints of undergrowth and vanilla. In the mouth it has excellent correspondence with the nose, a well-balanced attack, full body, good tannins and important structure.
