Priore, a Chianti worthy of the history of the Fraternity. The label shows the statute of establishment of the Fraternita dei Laici dated 1263. The Prior was a religious of the local Church who was responsible for maintaining relations with the Fraternity.

In the vineyards dedicated to this Chianti we practice shorter dry pruning, fertilization aimed at increasing the quantity of available organic substance, manual tying of the shoots, a thinning of the same and an early leafing. The grapes are harvested manually by selecting the best bunches.
The long fermentations at controlled temperatures start with the sole use of indigenous yeasts, without the use of selected yeasts.
The vinification in steel is then followed by refinement in wood which gives the wine greater softness and balance.
The entire vinification and aging process is conducted without artifices, for a wine with great emotional impact.
