Esse is a pure Syrah, the result of grapes harvested by hand and aged in barriques for 18 months.
It is an intriguing wine, with an intense ruby color. It presents itself on the nose with minty notes of eucalyptus and ripe cherry.
The body is well structured, the tannin is authoritative but not aggressive.
