On the nose it presents green hints of lettuce, rocket and chicory, followed by a note of artichoke.
the entry into the mouth is characterized by green almond, artichoke and sage. The bitter and spicy characteristics are persistent (the latter characterized by green pepper).
The finish is distinguished by a prolonged note of black pepper.
