This is the challenge wine wanted by Jurij Fiore, an oenologist with a Burgundian background, who in this case tries his hand at entirely Bordeaux grapes.
A simply excellent result, that is, a wine with refined and complex notes on the nose and a persuasive, velvety and austere vein on the palate.
